Bluedelta Hideaway - Put all the Stuff in a Cupboard and Still Control It

What Is It?

The Bluedelata Hideaway is designed top allow you to put all your boxes (Sky, Freeview, DVD etc) away in a cupboard, so they look tidy, and still allow you to control them all using the remote controls.

HIDEAWAY is equipped with a very high power IR emitter to re-emit ("Blast") any IR remote control signal that is received by the pickup, so controlling any video equipment located near it such as DVD recorder, PVRs, VCR, Media PC, etc. It produces a strong enough output signal to guarantee bounce-back under almost all conditions so does not need to face the equipment, and you don't have loads of unsightly little adhesive emitters, simply place the emitter with your equipment, with the lens facing forwards.

HIDEAWAY is green. Hideaway's ultra-low power technology takes less than 12mA of current, and only needs more when it is actually emitting a signal.

HIDEAWAY can be interfaced with the Milestone Cat5e system, allowing both local and remote IR control of all your AV equipment. The Master IR output simply attaches to the MS input with a standard 1:1 stereo jack lead.

If you have a cupboard in two sections, an additional emitter can be connected as needed.

What Does It Work With?

The Bluedelta Hideaway is absolutely wonderful for Sky TV, Freeview boxes and other satellite receivers. You can also use it to control VCRs that are connected. It is also good for controlling cable boxes including all Virgin Media boxes and Vigin V+ boxes.
