What's It For? The Bluedelta Scart 4/4 is for connecting one Scart device to up to four TVs. What's Special About It? The Bluedelta Scart 4/4 works the other way around from most Scart devices. Most of them are for connecting one screen to multiple sources whereas the Bluedelta Scart 4/4 is for connecting one source to multiple TVs. Who Would Want This? The Bluedelta Scart 4/4 was designed partly with shops, public areas (such as airports and motorway services), pubs and night clubs in mind - or anywhere where you might want to show the same source on a lot of screens. There is even a special audio (Karaoke) microphone input that allows the display screens' speakers to be used as an automatic micro PA system. It has two modes; "Mix", which adds the microphone input to the audio, ideal for commentating or sing-along; and "Mute", which automatically blanks the play-out audio when you key the microphone. Because of its multi output feature no doubt the Bluedelta Scart 4/4 will also get used for copying. The Bluedelta Scart 4/4 also has audio outputs so the sound could easily be connected up to an amplifier. Format and Amplification? The Bluedelta Scart 4/4 will accept all the Scart formats, RGB, S-Video and composite video. There are buffer amplifiers on all lines to ensure crystal clear pictures to all displays with no loss of signal strength Even Better! The Bluedelta Scart 4/4 has the intelligence to shut down
to power-save mode when no signal is present, it will switch on automatically
as soon as it receives a signal at its input. Anything Else? The Bluedelta Scart 4/4 has a special video sensing facility,
that enables a video source not equipped with automatic Scart control,
such as a digital camera, camcorder, games console or any other equipment
not fitted with Scart connectors, to play out to all the displays automatically.
The Scart 4/4 detects the incoming video signal and generates the necessary
