Hama Audio Level Limiter The Hama Audio Level Limiter is an automatic volume restrictor which can be used with any television with a Scart connection. We've all noticed that annoying (sometimes massive) jump in volume when one TV programme ends and commercials begin. Not everyone wants to be "shouted at" by advertisers. The Hama Audio Level Limiter will deal with this. The Hama Audio level Limiter connects between signal source (usually Freeview or satellite box) and the TV. The volume limiter then regulates the maximum volume automatically and plays the whole program contents back in a preset maximum volume. Via the Scart connection all signals (RGB, YUV, Composite Video, S-Video, data link etc.) are connected. The additional phono output allows the connection of a hi-fi system or a radio headphones. The Hama Audio Level Limiter has two LEDs that display when the volume limiter is active and how high the volume level of the TV is. |
