Fingerprint Magic Secure USB - Keep Your Computer's Files A Secret

This is great for anyone who has secret or sensitive files on their computer. The Fingerprint Magic Secure from German company Hama controls access to Windows by fingerprint.

How Does It Work?

To begin with it only works with computers that have USB ports, if your computer is less that 2 years old it almost certainly does have a USB port. It works with Windows 98 and above (including Windows ME). The Fingerprint Magic Secure comes with its own installation CD which includes driver and application software - once the software is installed all you do is plug in the fingerprint reader and it will plug and play.

Anything Else?

You can have different user profiles for several different people. Up to three fingers per person can be detected. There is a fingerprint deactivated screen saver which protects during short absences.

The Magic Secure can be used to protect access to a computer or any individual folder or file on that computer.
