What Is It? The IXOS XC06 is a DVD Diagnostic Lens Cleaner, so basically it has two functions. Firstly it cleans the lens of your DVD player. The lens gets dirty mainly because it picks up grease and dirt from people's finger via the DVDs they put into the machine. This can sometimes cause freezing, skipping or other picture interference. The IXOS XC06 is also a diagnostic tool that will help you set up Dolby 5.1 sound on your DVD player to its best effect. How Does It Work? The IXOS XC06 has micro-thin iFibre strands that gently remove dust and debris to prevent skipping and operation problems. To use it all you have to do is insert it into the DVD player. The diagnostic part will give you on-screen instructions that will help you get more from your DVD player. Anything Else? For any polyglots among you the instructions can be viewed in any of eight languages. Apart from DVD players the IXOS XC06 can also be used for PS2 and Xbox. |
