The KitchenAid Artisan Food Processor is available in four colours Brushed Nickel, White, Red and Almond Cream. How Much! Yes, we know they are expensive, but they are worth it. The sheer quality of the design has made KitchenAid food machines winners for 80 years, and this 21st century food processor comes from the same stable. It is made of solid metal, which means no plastic bits to break off or wear out. The metal structure makes it extremely stable and durable. It weighs over 9KG because of this. The anti slide rubber feet stop it moving even when mixing the heaviest loads. The motor which is guaranteed by KitchenAid for a massive ten years - is a very powerful 650 Watt induction motor. The KitchenAid Artisan Food Processor pusher tool is in two parts, so you can use it for a"normal" sized opening or wide mouth. The wide mouth means that you will be able to get whole large fruit and vegetables such as apples and potatoes into the processor without slicing them first. This saves loads of time.
What About Standard Attachments? There are loads. As standard there is a dishwasher safe Dough Blade with a nonstick nylon coating for mixing and kneading yeast dough. A Whisk, great for milk, cream, egg whites or dips. A Spatula Cleaning Tool . You also get three tough hard wearing bowls - a 2.8 Litre work bowl, a 2.4 Litre Chef's Bowl and a 950ml Mini Bowl. There is a Citrus Press, a fine (2mm) slicing disc, a medium (4mm) slicing disc, a medium (4mm) shredding disc and a stainless steel multipurpose blade. The accessory storage case to hold all these blades and discs is very well designed in itself. KitchenAid have managed to get everything into a casing that is only 10cm high, this makes it very easy to store.
