What Is It? The Bluedelta PhantomPLUS PVR solves a problem - how do you set your video or DVD recorder to record satellite TV? The PhantomPLUS PVR solve this problem by allowing the Sky satellite box to control the video recorder or DVD recorder. How Does It Work? Simply connect the Phantom PVR to both the Sky satellite receiver and to the video recorder (VCR), DVD Recorder or Hard Drive Recorder. The Phantom PVR uses the satellite box's personal programme planner. This allows you to preselect a range of programmes for recording. The Phantom PVR reads this information and makes the video recorder, DVD recorder or hard drive recorder start and stop recording accordingly. So, the Phantom PVR will turn the recorder on, select the channel, start the recording and once the programme has been recorded it will put the recorder back into standby mode. What's The Plus? The PhantomPLUS works with DVD recorders and
hard drive recorders as well as video recroders. In fact it works with any recorder
that has an infra red remote control. Anything Else The PhantomPLUS PVR is made by Bluedelta Design in the UK. Bluedelta Design are the people that actually designed the PhantomPLUS PVR.
