If the goods are within the guarantee period we will either replace or have them repaired and send them back to you. Please do not return any goods that are out of guarantee. Please give us your name, order date, the item you ordered and the order confirmation number. Where Shall I Return Them?Send goods to BestStuff, Unit 8, Dene Valley Business Centre, Brookhampton Lane, Kineton, Warwickshire, CV35 0JD. Anything Else?Please make sure that the goods are adequately packed. If you are returning goods under the terms of the 30 day promise you must comply with the terms of that promise, in particular the goods must be undamaged, unmodified and in their original packaging. If the goods are faulty please include a note detailing the fault. Goods that are damaged in transit because they were not adequately packed will not be accepted. We do not automatically acknowledge refunds. If you think that you have not been refunded and should have been please check with your card issuer first. |
