What Is It?

The Steepletone Roxy 1 is a radio, a turntable for playing vinyl records and a MP3 player. The innards are all early 21st century, but the styling is classic 1960s.

What About The Machine?

The Steepletone Roxy 1 will play vinyl discs (33rpm, 45rpm and 78rpm). The Roxy 1 also has a built in radio which receives FM and MW. Also the Steepletone Roxy 1 has a built in USB 2.0 port, the idea of this is that you can insert a flash drive and the Roxy 1 will be able to play any MP3 files on the flash drive. The Steepletone Roxy 1 will play through its own stereo speakers but it also has the option of connecting to a separate amplifier through its line out (2 RCA phono sockets). There is also a subwoofer output and an earphone socket.

Anything Else?

The Steepletone Roxy 1 USB 2.0 interface takes any USB memory flash drive between 64MB and 2GB. The The Steepletone Roxy 1's MP3 Decoder will work with any bit sampling rate from 8k up to 48kHz and Bit rates from 8k to 384kbps. The only limit on the number of files you can playback is down to the size of flash drive that you use.
