What Do I Need These For?
The Hama CS-499 computer communications headset is mainly used for VoIP (Internet telephony) or use with voice recognition and voice activation computer software. The CS-499 is a stereo headphone with a high quality microphone for hands-free communication from your personal computer

That's Not All Though
The head band on the Hama CS-499 is designed to fit at the back of the head. This makes it more comfortable to wear for long periods of time.

Anything Else?
There is a volume switch actually on the headphone cord. The user can easily and quickly adjust the volume to a comfortable level without having to adjust the PC settings.
