An AC/DC adapter that
has a car 12V cigarette lighter socket. It is usually used for powering
high wattage items such as 12V DC TVs, fridges and cooler boxes from an
AC mains power supply. The Minwa MW1250GS plugs into the mains (it
comes with a 3 pin UK plug connection). Maximum power is 5A (which is 5
Amps) @ 12V DC. Connect to 220 - 240 AC only. Has a 3 pin UK/Ireland
plug.
