The Skytronic Switch Mode Power Supply is a light weight (330g), multi voltage input and multi voltage output power adapter. Basically it converts AC to DC so that you can power any DC appliance or charge mobile phones, cameras, PDAs etc. You can easily alter the output voltage on it so that it can be used to charge different equipment and there is a choice of 8 different DC adapter plugs covering all common appliances. You simply fit the correct adapter plug to the Travel Switch Mode Power Supply, select the correct output voltage (the choices are 5-24 Volts DC going up in stages one volt at a time) and plug it into your equipment. At the other end (the AC or mains power end) there is a UK and Ireland 3 Pin plug fitted. However, the Skytronic Switch Mode Power Supply is automatically multi voltage, this means it can be used anywhere in the world, all you need to do is fit an electrical plug adapter. The unit has short circuit protection, automatic thermal and overload cutoff. Maximum power is 70 Watts. Dimensions are 35mm x 55mm x 105mm. Weight is 330g. .
