What Is It?
The Wahl What A Shaver rechargeable cordless shaver was designed mainly for black men. The more curly quality of Afro hair means that black men tend to suffer more problems caused by in-growing hair. However anyone who has a problem with in-growing hair can benefit from using the Wahl What A Shaver.

How Does It Work?
The Wahl What A Shaver is made with an open toothed blade design. This picks up and straightens curly hair as it cuts it and it leaves a blunt cut end on the whisker. This makes it much less likely that the hair can grow back into the skin and cause shaving bumps.

Anything Else?
Because of its design the Wahl What A Shaver will not give a super close shave. There is also a non-rechargeable battery powered version of this shaver available.
