Andis UltraEdge Blade with a 7.9mm cutting length. Competition Blade Sets such as these blades come in a wide variety of types and are designed for different animal clipping and grooming jobs. They are usually used with dog and horses, but occasionally with other animals such as cattle and goats. All the Andis UltraEdge animal blades are made using carbonised steel for increased blade strength and an extended edge life and they also have a chrome finish that will reduce corrosion.

This one is an Andis UltraEdge 7.9mm cutting length, full toothed blade set. A popular blade used for body trims on breeds such as Golden Retriever, Poodle, English and Irish Setter. Also for matted strip downs on Shetland Sheepdogs, Samoyed and Schnauzer etc.

This blade sets fit the Andis AGC, Andis AGC 2 and Andis AGR ranges. It also fits other clippers which can accept a competition blade including the Moser Max 45, the Moser Avalon and the Moser Artiko clippers. They also fit Laube, Oster, and Thrive animal clippers.
