Complaints Procedure

What Do I Do If I Want To Complain?

 
Contact us immediately either by e-mail or you can phone on 01926 647882 calls are charged at the normal national rate. The phone will normally be manned between 9am and 5.30 pm Monday to Friday. Please make a note of the name of the person who is dealing with your complaint. Your complaint will be acknowledged within 2 working days by e-mail. We aim to resolve all complaints satisfactorily within seven working days of acknowledgment. You will be informed by e-mail of the complaint's progress. All complaints are confidential. No information about you will be shared with any other company unless necessary for dealing with the complaint.
