Changes and Bags

We've had a few changes to the way we do news, our newsletters will keep running (that's what you're reading now), but if you scroll down our home page a bit you'll see a swanky new news feed.

For Christmas we've sourced an excellent range of iPad, Tablet PC, laptop computer and notebook computer bags of all sizes from covers to rucksacks. They are the Aha PC bag range from Hama, very good value, very stylish and we've even done a video for the rucksacks so you can see what one of us (Baldy) looks like.

For Once We Arrive in the Present

We can be a bit slow sometimes here at BestStuff. We are not known as early adopters, we usually prefer to see new products show their worth before we add them to our lists. Now we have an exception.

The BlueLounge MiniDock is a must for any iPhone or iPod owner, it works with the Apple charger and allows you to charge your iPhone or iPod directly from the wall socket. This gets the expensive iPhone off the floor or off the kitchen worktop where the wife of one of our team managed to pour porridge on her phone.

New Additions to the BestStuff Range

Perhaps the most important new thing we have is not a product at all. From now on the BestStuff web site can display video content via YouTube, see the Maxview VuQube to take a look at this feature. We'll be adding more video soon, and we'll also begin making our own videos.

While on the subject of the VuQube, this item is a real problem solver for RV and caravan owners who want to watch satellite TV when it's raining cats and dogs outside. the VuCube is a new system to painlessly align to a satellite in a way that is unaffected by wind and by children and dogs who are famous for bumping into the free-standing satellite dish you've spent twenty minutes minutely lining up.

New Products

With the spring weather having arrived at last, we've been thinking about our outdoors products. For the serious camera buff we've teamed up with Hama to offer what we feel sure is the best camera and gear bag on the market at an exceptional low price. The Hama Daytour 230 at only £84.99. I've just tried to find it anywhere on the net for a lower price and I couldn't.

No VAT Rise Until February

As a part of our comittment to customer service BestStuff has decided that the best thing we can do for our customer this January is to absorb the recent rise in VAT. Obviously we cannot do that for long, but we promise that there will be no price rises during the month of January.

Weather

The weather tends to be a British obsession at the best of times. Weather conditions in December are affecting both domestic and international deliveries and all of our carriers are working to clear their back logs. If your order is being delivered via a trackable delivery method, you will find a tracking identification number on your order confirmation. You can track your parcel directly by following the link in your confirmationa of despatch email. If you live in Scotland the problem is worse, none of our carriers are even accepting parcels for delivery to Scotland at the moment.
