Returns Procedure

Anything you buy from us is guaranteed for at least one year (sometimes more), and everything carries a 30 day no quibble return option. If you have a problem using anything that you buy from us we will be pleased to advise you via e-mail.

Because we only sell a small selection of goods, we are quite knowledgeable about them and will do our best to help you. We will also put you in touch with the manufacturer if that will help.

If you would like to return an item ordered from us then please follow these simple steps:

Find your order within the Order History category located in Your Cart (You may be prompted to put in your username and password).

Select your order and then click 'Create Return' located at the top left of the page.

Select the products for Return, the Reason For Return and What You Would Like Us To Do, any additional information you can add in the Comment section is a great help and can greatly speed up the returns process.

Then click 'Create', you will receive an email when your return request has been acknowledged. We will inform you via email of the progress of your return and you can also track it by clicking on Returns within the Your Cart section.

Once the return is authorised you will be able to print a returns slip (that contains our address and your ReturnID) by selecting Returns within the Your Cart section and clicking on the appropriate return.

Postage will be refunded on any faulty
or incorrect item returned to us, heavier items may need to be collected by a courier which we will contact you to arrange.

We aim to process all returns within 48 hours and endeavour to provide consistent communication with you throughout the process in order to resolve any issues as quickly and efficiently as possible.
