How Will My Order Be Delivered?

We use the Royal Mail or Initial City Link for all our deliveries. For items with a value over £35 we use recorded delivery.

 

What About After Sales Support?

Anything you buy from us is guaranteed for at least one year (sometimes more), and everything carries a 30 day no quibble return option. If you have a problem using anything that you buy from us we will be pleased to advise you via e-mail. Because we only sell a small selection of goods, we are quite knowledgeable about them and will do our best to help you. We will also put you in touch with the manufacturer if that will help.

 

What About Repairs After The Guarantee Period?

We do not repair goods ourselves. We do not recommend any particular repair agent or company. We do not sell any extended warranty as we do not regard them as good value. If you want to take out an extended warranty we suggest you contact your insurance company.

The product's manufacturer will usually be able to advise you about repairs.

We promise never to sell, trade or in any way pass on any personal details about our customers to anyone ever.
